User Helpdesk Services
The evosoft UHD Services are in line with the requirements of incident- and problem-managements in accordance with  ITIL definition. The service is mainly provided in our Service-Center in Cluj (Rumania) and is available on demand for all time zones („7x24“).

Due to the concentration of helpdesk-services, evosoft can act flexible on requirements like peak load related to roll outs, software upgrades, etc. In addition evosoft can take benefit from the close connection to SAP Solutions und Web based Services in order to manage the know-how transfer towards second- und third level support and to improve the quality of the user support.
