Unconditional compliance with external and internal requirements and regulations guides all our actions as a company and is fundamental to the way we conduct business. As a subsidiary company of the Siemens AG the evosoft GmbH set up the Siemens Compliance Program to instill this awareness in our leadership and our employees. We investigate in full any instances of compliance infringements.
Compliance Helpdesk "Tell us":
In order to justify the trust placed in evosoft by customers, partners, and employees, the integrity and transparency of business processes is the top priority.
The "Tell us" function provides the opportunity for submitting reports of Compliance breaches, in particularly violations of the Siemens Business Conduct Guidelines worldwide, 24/7 either online or by telephone, and in any of up to 150 languages. evosoft employees and managers as well as customers, suppliers and other business partners can contact the Compliance Helpdesk "Tell us". The Call Center and the Website facili
ties are operated by an external provider specializing in the secure and confidential handling of sensitive content. Incoming reports are not traced, neither is the sender automatically registered.
The Compliance Helpdesk „Tell us“ function provides global, round-the-clock facilities for making statements on breaches of the Business Conduct Guidelines.
