Successful completion of the Siemens Advanta X-Country R&D Leadership Program

The one-year program brought together leaders from six countries – Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Turkey, and Germany. Participants were divided into diverse teams, known as squads, to enhance collaboration and intercultural exchange.

Throughout the program, numerous exciting topics were covered, including: Preparing to Develop, Leading Self in a VUCA World, Leading Multinational Teams, Leading Cross-Border, Leading Change, and the Art of Selling.

In each participating country, participants were given a tour of the local offices and introduced to country-specific projects. These experiences provided valuable insights into the different work methods and cultures.

The highlight of the final event was the presentation of the projects the squads had worked on throughout the year. These presentations not only showcased the impressive results of their collaboration but also the participants’ dedication and creativity. Alongside their regular work, the teams were tasked with working on a project to enhance productivity during this fiscal year. The squads presented these exciting topics:

• AI in Test Automation

The X-Country R&D Leadership Program was not only an opportunity for professional development but also a platform to forge new connections and build an international network. Our participants return with fresh ideas, enhanced skills, and valuable relationships.
