We handle the information you provide us with responsibly and in accordance with our data protection policies. Should you require a higher level of confidentiality for specific information, we are happy to offer to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you.
Although the prototype won’t be ready for productive use, it might be a great starting point to develop such a product or service.
You retain ownership of your original business challenge and any proprietary information you provide. By attending the hackathon, you accept that we use the provided information within the scope of the hackathon.
The prototype demo-solution developed during the hackathon is delivered to you with the right to use it free for 3 months for test & communication purposes.
If your situation requires special IP considerations, we’re happy to discuss specific arrangements before the hackathon begins.
No, you do not have to close a contract or purchase anything.
We enjoy developing our problem solving skills as well as technical expertise in such collaborative, creative environments. If we can solve real problems on our learning path – even better.
Yes, we won’t integrate any solution into any IT environments within that scope and of course a prototype comprises compromises regarding e.g. cyber security or availability aspects.
There will be hybrid parts of the hackathon to allow remote challenge providers to join and to connect the xcountry teams with each other.
