But what makes companies particularly attractive as employers for women? To find out, the BRIGITTE Academy, together with the HR marketing experts from TERRITORY EMBRACE, surveyed the HR departments and management of companies throughout Germany and evaluated them in five different areas. We are very proud of the results: evosoft is one of only 19 out of 281 companies surveyed that were awarded 5 out of 5 possible stars.
In the areas of “Measures to reconcile work and family life”, “Importance of transparency and equality” and “Women’s power”, which refers to the proportion of women in management positions, evosoft scored excellent in each case. A very good rating was also achieved in the categories “flexibility of work” and “career advancement”.
